- Shipping is Free and is generally within three business days of the date of order and will be packaged and mailed depending upon the item. Most items will be shipped insured and will be trackable. - Payment by either credit card through authorize.net and by paypal if you are not familiar with it, are both considered extremely secure. Please refer to their policies and security information for greater detail. No information provided by you on this site will be shared with another single sole or entity.
- Returns & Replacements
- There is a 7 day no questions asked return policy. Authenticity of the autographs sold on this site is guaranteed. Return of any items based upon a claim that the autograph is not guaranteed is subject to the terms and conditions provided in the Ordering/terms of sale sections of the Site.
- Ordering
- Ordering is done online. If there is a question, please fill out the "Contact Us" form and you will receive a response in short order.
- Payment, Pricing and Promotions
- Payment is by check or money order or by Paypal, which you will be directed to on the site if that is the method of payment that you choose. Prices of items are provided in the item description and include free shipping and handling. Promotions will be available periodically so check back at the site, if you do not receive an email alerting you of a Promotion.
- Viewing Orders
- The site is built so that you should be able to view orders and you should be sent an email confirming an order. Please send an email, preferably, or call, if necessary to confirm an order or a change to an order for which you have not received confirmation or a correct summation of the order.
- Updating Account Information
